This is not a hotel as it appears, but an apartment building with no one to help you get checked in.
1. It took me more than thirty minutes and one very irritated taxi driver to find the property. There is no sign on the building or even the building number. This is a real problem because the street numbers are out of order in Tijuana, so a sign is required. Fortunately, I arrived during the day, but this would be a disaster for someone at night as the street is not safe.
2. The emails they sent to me that should have contained the door code did not. I was not provided with the door code after completing the check-in process. I had to send a chat and wait.
3. They did not answer the phone. They are not responsive to urgent needs and no one at the property to assist guests other than the security guard. I never even saw the pretty lobby that's in the photos. This is not a hotel, it's an apartment building.
4. About 3 meters from the window there is a massive cell tower buzzing away. I counted 11 antennas.
I've never been to a highly rated Expedia property that was so obviously inattentive to their guests' needs.
