"Drove out here specifically for use of the advertised jetted tub. Not only were we not able to use the tub because of no available hot water. We weren't able to shower either. Staff did offer $25 credit but when the standard room is $100 cheaper than the premium king room with tub and it has working water... I feel like I was left holding a much larger bill than I should have. Also shower had someone else's hair in the drain.. do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. You won't regret it."

"The only issue I have is there is no coffee pot in the room. We get up pretty early and they didn’t have coffee in the lobby that early. Now that I know I’ll go prepared next time. Otherwise was nice and comfortable especially for the price."
