"Pool was great for kids, and clean overall. There is a parking fee that wasn’t communicated when booking. Front desk said it started the week before but we booked weeks before our stay. When asked if it could be waived, she was very dismissive saying that’s just the way it is! Poor response and would like reimbursement for parking."

"Room was nice and large as we got the King with the extra room space. It was really nice but wasn't above and beyond. We didn't use the Bar though it looked nice and it would have been nice to have a breakfast that wouldn't have cost $23 a person. Though it was great to have Einstein Bagel a stones throw away."

When I made request to the front desk, the black lady was beyond disturbed. And she said there is no pillow and blanket! 1 night I slept without blanket and pillow on the sofa bed.
