"Staff at front desk was very unhelpful, I had to get my key card reactivated every night. (I was only given 1 card) When checking in they ran the card without telling us anything I only knew the price from booking online,I was never given a receipt. The pool was closed the whole time, but the sign up said closed for a day. I understand they were painting outside but it was still disappointing."

"Every single staff member I encountered (front desk, cleaning, bartender, coffee shop, etc.) ALL were fantastic, helpful, and kind. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the pool was fun (albeit slightly colder water than I'd prefer, but still great), and the hot tub was perfect. It was all-around a wonderful hotel stay!"

"This property does not provide breakfasts. You cannot get extra towels, it was a one for one exchange which is absolutely absurd. They didn’t even have hand towels to dry your hands off, you had to use up one of the two washcloths they gave you. When I asked about getting extra towels there was one guy that was very condescending in his tone when I asked him questions.
