"If you're choosing this hotel because of the Marriott brand and its reputation, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The property itself is fairly new, and that shows in some positive ways. "The hotel itself was great, a lot of amenities and in a really good location. Front desk staff questioned why we would need one more towel in a room with three people where only two towels were provided. Also questioned why an extra blanket for sleeping was needed.. took awhile to get either."

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."

"convinced it wasn’t cleaned at all. when we arrived on the patio, there was a trash bag full of stuff. We were later than blamed for smoking in the apartment because in the trash bag they found outside had cigarette butts. No one in my group smoke cigarettes at all and they still are blaming us and trying to charge us $250. In my bedroom when i got into bed the sheets weren’t even fully on had to make my own bed."
