"Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. "Check in: very quick and easy. A free taxi was used to drive our bags to the block we were staying in which was very nice. We were able to pay for a safe at 2.50 a day+10 deposit. Lenzuola per fare il letto sporche e bucate. Divano pieno di buchi sulla spalliera. Noi ci troviamo in camera con due letti separati, chiedo spiegazioni e mi dice che è normale e che se li volevamo unire dovevamo aspettare il giorno dopo ( era pomeriggio non notte fonda!).
