"Wonderful experience from checkin to chrckout!"

"Walked into my hotel room and it had a nasty smell. Smell never went away. Found bugs under the bed. Staff were rude. Watched my hotel room like stalkers Bcs my kids were crying. Well what do you expect when a kid isn’t comfortable and is far away from home. Ended up leaving a day before my stay was over. Not worth the price. And never once got a refund nor will get a refund👎.0/10 don’t recommend!!"

"The property was very noisy as linen room door was constantly being slammed at all hours of the night. No place to store your clothes and lighting was horrible in the room. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Sink was very making it somewhat a shore to wash your face."

"Very convenient and well-run. I liked the huge window we had in our 4th floor room looking down on the cloverleaf and I know that might be an odd thing to like but so many hotels have cramped windows. I appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and it functioned well as TV for the dog! The hotel was very busy too with a lot of guests but didn't seem overwhelmed."

"The room was nice, beds were comfy. The floor in the bathroom was a bit dirty in all the corners and there were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor. The Coffee room in the lobby had many things in it this trip it just needed some regular green tea bags and real milk in there. Maybe keep some whole milk in the fridge for people to grab and use.
