"I was surprised that this gorgeous hotel appeared off the highway and it was like a mirage. Absolutely beautiful. Plus the restaurant is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone travelling through the area."

"No blow dryer. Cheap furniture and sheets and pillows and towels. Towels were super small and no hand towels. Poor water pressure. No clear instructions for check out. Pros - Air was cold and decently clean. Close to campus Go through the hotel site directly or call as will cost less."

"Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation"

"Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously."

"This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. They charged $100 for an incidental fee at check in, which they have not released back to me. I travel for work and stayed alone. I have tried numerous times to get someone on the phone to find out why they are not refunding my money and they put me hold and outright hang up on me. Very poor customer service and management. All together bad for business. I took photos as I do in every hotel I stay in just in case this happens."

"Staff was very friendly. Room matched the price point, as the room looked rough, shower/tub was sketchy, shower curtain rod mounts had been pulled from the walls and gently replaced. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable."

"Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location."
