Pousada Papyrus exceeded our expectations. The grounds were beautiful and made us feel like we were in the middle of a forest. The view of Serra de São José greeted us every morning as we sat in the breakfast room. The staff was the friendliest and most helpful. They enjoyed helping all guests feel at home. On Wednesday, we had a special treat for dinner. We had dinner prepared right there at the Pousada. It was super delicious. Would I go back and stay at this Pousada? You bet!

O café da manhã é muito bom e farto, elaborado pelo próprio pessoal da pousada. Os quartos são um pouco apertados, não havendo muito espaço para se deslocar dentro dele e apoio de mala.

Tudo é ótimo na pousada, exceto uma funcionária que parece ser gerente ou talvez dona … muito mau educada, trata a gente com desprezo, cobra a gente como se não quiséssemos pagar. Levou um susto quando viu meu filho ( uma criança de 6 anos), parecíamos Estar cometendo um crime de ter ele ali. A estadia estava ótima até encontrarmos essa mulher ! Não volto mais só por causa dela !

Pousada muito confortável e integrada a natureza, quartos amplos e com uma vista maravilhosa. Fomos em família e mt bem recebidos. Consegue te deixar perto do centro mas nao na agitação da praça. Cafe da manhã na medida certa. Durante a estadia as donas fizeram uma rodada de pizza que foi excelente e fez toda a diferença. Vamos voltar com certeza.

A pousada é de fácil acesso e bem localizada. Para quem tem sono leve talvez os quartos que ficam mais proximos da entrada não sejam ideais, dado a movimentacao de pessoas e de veículos , que inclusive insistem em buzinar. Contudo a equipe de funcionários foi muito gentil e prestativa. O café da manhã é muito bom!!

Os quartos, especialmente o no fundo da pousada são incríveis. O silêncio lá foi uma surpresa muito boa. Os funcionários eram todos muito simpáticos. Eles dão acesso a cozinha durante a noite, o que dá um certo conforto. O espaço para estacionamento era tranquilo e de fácil acesso. Altamente recomendável.

A viagem foi realizada em comemoração aos 13 anos de casamento. Saímos de Saquarema/RJ com destino a Tiradentes/MG, percorrendo aproximadamente 450 km. Ao chegarmos à pousada, fomos atendidos pela funcionária Silvana, que se mostrou educada e prestativa. No mesmo dia, entramos e saímos da pousada sem que fosse repassada qualquer informação adicional sobre procedimentos internos, especialmente no que diz respeito à retenção de chaves. Na manhã seguinte, após o café, ao nos prepararmos para sair, a proprietária do estabelecimento me perguntou se eu desejava a revisão do quarto, ao que respondi que não. Fui então surpreendida com o pedido para entregar a chave do quarto, sob a justificativa de que se tratava de um procedimento padrão e que ninguém mexeria em nada. Ressalto que não fui informada previamente sobre esse procedimento, nem no check-in, e em nenhum momento do dia anterior. Antes mesmo do pedido da chave, a proprietária me cobrou, na frente de outro hóspede, o desligamento do ar-condicionado, luzes e aparelhos do quarto, o que foi prontamente atendido, embora de forma constrangedora. No momento da saída, a proprietária se posicionou em frente ao portão, de modo a impedir minha saída sem a entrega da chave, o que me causou extremo desconforto. Tentando compreender a situação, relatei que nunca havia passado por situação semelhante em outras viagens. Além de tudo isso a dona da pousada ficou apontando para os quadros com as suas notas com o claro objetivo de constranger.
