I didn’t know that before I got there ( should’ve read the instructions). You need to get phone number on their website and text them on WhatsApp to let them know what time you are coming in so they can give you a code to the door and tell you which room is yours. You can also text that number to ask for blankets etc.

"Amazing stay. Shared bathrooms were extremely clean and everything was modern. Had a garage for safe off street parking - very important because cars get damaged easily on the street. Free water in reception and the owner/manager was very nice and helpful 100% recommend"
