"The property was less than 5 min from universal which was great since we went to volcano,Walking distance to several stores and Resaurant . Hotel was clean and easy to check in we stayed in 2 bedroom suite the sitting area was nice "
"My family spent seven nights here and we were definitely pleased with our stay. The staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast is served on time and while i may have liked some more options, for the price it was perfect. The area is easily accessible to both parks and shopping areas. "

"For a rate of about $155/night, my stay felt 4 or 5 star in quality. I rate it primarily on how new, clean, and functional everything was. This was renovated in 2024 and I hope they can keep the feel.
Dehumidifier must be working overtime. Hotel was clean and dry throughout. Air conditioner worked quickly and perfectly. Relatively quiet and no rattling. Could be turned to heat or off settings as well.
Minor issue in that my shower was very hot at full pressure. So I had to back it off...

"I chose this hotel based on rates alone because I didn’t want to break the Bank. It turned out to be the best hotel stay I’ve had in a very long time. I gave it five stars across the board. The only thing I gave four stars was the service and only because throughout my stay, housekeeping never showed up. This really was not an issue. I could’ve very easily gone to the front desk and grabbed whatever I needed, however, I never needed a thing. Front desk was very friendly and helpful and breakfast...
