"This was a beautiful property on the beach. I was upgraded to a sea-view room, but I couldn’t really see it because there was another unit obstructing the view. I also had ants in my room and I had to throw out my snacks because of the ants. I also had geckos in my room. They would chirp each morning and night. And a smelly sewer smell would emanate from the bathroom until the staff sprayed some odor spray in the drains. Other than that, it is a nice hotel that has a beautiful breakfast...

If you’re vegan or vegetarian, the staff provides plenty of meal options for you within their small restaurant, available for all guests. "I had a great vacation at Bandara Beach Resort. It is located in a very quiet part of Phuket. The ocean is calm and clear. The roof top pool was great to cool down from the heat while listening to great music. The bartender made very strong and tasty cocktails. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the fact that we couldn’t lounge on the beach chairs because they are owned by the Flamingo restaurant, which is apparently, a separate company from the hotel.
