"Staff was helpful and kind. Property is as it’s pictured. However the noise is way too more than tolerable. The place above the hotel has a party every night till 1 AM! It’s not just simply street noise, but the speaker is actually right under your window blasting on the fullest! I couldn’t find proper earplugs to block out the noise…."

"Everything was great except the check-in process. It was a complete nightmare and wasted over an hour of my time trying to find the apartment, with check-in being at a different unmarked location. There were no instructions, and nothing was marked to show where to go. Once I finally met the host, Daniela, she was wonderful, but the check-in process just put a very negative spin on the stay. Also, there’s no television in the room FYI. I prefer full service four star hotels myself."

"The property was very clean and extremely well maintained. We were disappointed in how small our room was and that there was no view of the ocean. And when they say it’s a garden view , it really is a garage view of cars that are parked there in the back. Otherwise Tatjana was very friendly and we had a smooth check-in. "I wanted to like this hotel, but we were disappointed by how old the mattresses and furniture were. Sadly there was no sitting area/sofa in living area, just the trundle bed and a basic table with chairs. The location and balcony view were very beautiful and the host was nice and welcoming, and it was very clean, so that was much appreciated. However the listing said a 4 star hotel so we were a bit disappointed with the situation."

"This place was so nice. The place was super clean and staff was so helpful and easy to reach. This could not have been more convenient to get to for old town and bazaar shopping. I loved this place. There was so much room and ammenities including washer dryer. I will say there are quite a few stairs to get to the room I had at top floor with an excellent view but everywhere seems to be this way. I highly recommend this place."

"We stayed in Minta at Castello Risano as a family of 4. Anna was a great host, super helpful & always available for questions. The pool was a great bonus for the kids, especially with the heat! Great location for peace & quiet although if you're a super nervous driver it may not be for you as the road is steep & single track but two-way. "Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. Its cleanliness and central location were big advantages. The kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. Having the air conditioning turned on before our arrival and the room already cooled was a very thoughtful detail, which we really appreciated.
