Property is in an excellent location in Kotor. It is within the city walks, very close to the start of the fortress walk and just steps way from the main squares and sights. Welcome was excellent and informative and room facilities as described. The double room had a shared kitchen (with one other room) which was well equipped and being right next to the room it was very handy. Good coffee machine too. Air conditioning was efficient and bathroom clean with a good walk in shower. A very enjoyable stay.

Booked apartment was not available. Alternative was far away from what we booked. Motivation was upgrade😉 After one night we left, refund for 2nd night is organised.

The hotel does not have any sign on the street, and no one knows where it is. I asked three local people to call for me, finally met with the manager in another hotel. The hotel provided no help on parking. We had to park outside the town. “It was only 15 minutes walk “, however, people always forget something in the car. If you multiply 15 minutes with 4 or 6 times, then you would know how painful it was. It took me more than three hours to settle down. Soon we found out that heating in the room didn’t work. I had to walk a few streets to the office to get help. The staff was nice to come and check, but didn’t solve the problem. Although she promised to follow up, but no matter how many messages we sent, nothing happened, and we had to suffer the cold weather the whole night.

Bien situé et jolie vue

Avant tout il a été très difficile de trouver le logement car la réception ne se trouve pas à l'adresse du logement mais à l'entrée de la ville. Heureusement qu'une personne locale nous a aidé sinon c'était mission impossible. Le logement est au 4ème sans ascenseur, il est très agréable, bien équipé et donne sur une jolie cour. L'inconvénient: les cloches à 7h30 am et les bruits des personnes faisant la fête la nuit couplée avec des chariots de livraison qui résonnent sur les pavés. D'autre part, une fenêtre était bloquée et du coup impossible de fermer les volets. Oubliez les grasses matinées! Merci à Najila pour son sourire et sa douceur qui ont atténué les désagréments.
