Huone olikin alakerrassa keittiön vieressä,josta tietenkin tuli meteliä,eikä huoneessa ollut terassia ja ikkunat olivat katutasossa.Ahdistava.Jazz soi yötä päivää.En kai ollut ymmärtänyt huoneen ja tosi pienen keittiön kuvausta netistä!Sijainti oli hyvä ja Alue todella kaunis.Yhteydet Kotoriin bussilla olivat hyvät.Respassa ei aina ollut henkilökuntaa.Ystävällisiä olivat kyllä.Ranta oli aivan lähellä!Suihkutilan lattian viemäristä puuttui ritilä.

Had a great stay.

Hotel itself is nice, clean, and staff helpful and friendly. The upper sea facing rooms definitely have a wonderful view. Good little restaurant connected also. Be advised though, it's a little outside the main town, which I liked. It was nice quiet area with little restaurant/bars along beach and all. But, there is no address, at least not yet, so some of the cab drivers didn't know where it was. When I first arrived, since I didn't know where it was either, there was some difficulty getting there with language barrier and all, even though it shows up on the maps app. There is a bigger known hotel nearby called Hotel Pana, and once I showed that to another cab driver, he knew where to take me. It was a little frustrating at first, but once I got there, and the rest of my stay was wonderful. And I could guide the drivers there once I knew where it was. I even walked back in to the Old Town area along the coast the next morning rather than take a cab. It took about an hour to walk, but was worth it. It's also a short cab ride to Perast and the islands from here, which is worth spending a day, or at least a few hours, checking out also. Nice little town.

Pas facile de repérer l'établissement car le GPS nous a envoyé en centre ville. Dommage qu'"Hotel.com" ne donne pas les coordonnées GPS exactes contrairement à son principal concurrent. Nous avons perdu une heure d'autant que quasiment personne dans le village ne connaissait cet établissement. L'accueil fut chaleureux et sympathique. Nous avions une chambre au plus bas niveau de l'établissement. Nous avons pu profiter d'une terrasse mais les pièces de services étaient au même niveau. Conséquence : du bruit et la lumière jusqu'à tard dans la nuit.

Fire trap and tourist scam

We had booked a room with a terrace, but when we came we got a room in the basement. We showed the reservation number and even though it was different from the one they had and they said we paid a lower price than we actually had, and they refused to give us the room we had reserved. After talking to the manager they offered a different room, however still with no terrace and we would have to pay 20 Euro extra per night. Worst thing though was there was no fire safety equipment whatsoever. Not even a single smoke alarm in the whole building. A complete fire trap. Horrible place just next to the road and we will never ever stay there again.

Outside town a lovely seaside small hotel.

Lovely food in the restaurant. Pictures are a bit misleading. Only one small window and we didn't find any breakfast. Staff were lovely. Beach was really close.

Could be much better

We got this room in the winter, and had an awful stay for the following reasons: - First and most importantly, the room was so cold that we just slept couple of hours and left the place and couldn't even take a shower. - The place was not marked clearly and even though the check in time is 2pm-10pm and we got there at 8pm, had to call and text the owner to check us in after 45 minutes of waiting. - There was a dead cockroach in our room!

Studio situé à environ 4 km de Kotor, la situation est très agréable, on trouve tout sur place (épicerie, boulangerie, restaurant, bar, plage....) En point négatif, il n'y a pas de télé dans la chambre, manque un peu d'eau chaude pour la douche .

Nice but bad sleep

It could be a very nice appartment. But the light of emergency exit (on the only door that wasn't an exit) and the noise of the fridge made us sleep very badly. Close to the bay. A micro-wave could be a improvement of the equipement.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. Newly refurbished apartment was fantastic, very comfortable and great layout.

Good place to stay

We stayed here 6 days. Clean room, bathroom and facilities. It's close to the beach and next door to Aroma (supermarket). It's a short drive from Perast and Kotor old town. The lady managing the apartments is very helpful - she assisted us with locating our lost luggage with the airlines. It's easy enough to find as well - just look for Aroma on the left on the drive to Dobrota. The apartment also has laundry facilities. Overall a good stay and we'd stay here again.

Siisti huone, palvelut kaukana.

Huone hiljattain remontoitu. Remontti kuitenkin kesken: kiinnittämättömiä kaapelin päitä seinillä, missään ei ollut pyyhkeille ripustuspaikkoja, parvekkeelle ei päässyt koska kaide oli rakentamatta. WiFi ei toiminut.
