"This hotel is great! We stayed there twice because of how much we enjoyed it. The people that work there are phenomenal, every single person that we interacted with was simply amazing; the porters and the front desk people are kind, friendly and always helpful. The localization is perfect, half block from Avenida Paulista, near the subway, lots of places to eat, a shopping mall, Masp museum, coffee places, etc. Paulista avenue closes on Sundays and Holidays so its great to just walk around....

"We booked a lux apartment. Check-in was easy, and our bags were quickly taken to our suite. The suite was beautiful, with a well-equipped kitchenette, very comfortable lounge, good sized bedroom with very comfortable bed, well equipped dressing area, safe, and a fantastic luxurious bathroom. "The housekeepers and kitchen staff are very nice and accommodating and helpful, they kept the room very clean and attended all us very well. Great service and the front desk are also accommodating letting us check in early and check out an hour late.
