"We really enjoyed our stay at Fantasy Island Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool area was great for relaxing, and the location was perfect. It was close to restaurants, shops, and other attractions while still being quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and helpful, and it was clear that a lot of attention goes into making guests feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Fort Lauderdale area."

"I was impressed with the roo. Cleanliness. There were very responsive whenever I notified them the the coffee maker was not working. I was able to get one in less than 15 minutes & later on o e of the staff people check with us to make sure dvery thing was fine. It was a short period. However. It was very pleasant. A good place to relax. The pool was not opened. But we did not go there for the pool. Overall great."

"The room itself was laid out nice. Could use a little TLC. We got in late around 8 PM and there was two loud drunk and obnoxious couples at the pool which pretty much went until after midnight. No families could have ever went in the pool with those couples being there's"

Una crítica constructiva, seria poner cortinas blackout en la habitación para que no entre toda la luz de los locales de atrás, ya q no apagan sus respectivas luces. El Aire acondicionado, es bastante ruidoso, si se podria actualizar por un split, sería mucho mejor. De resto, todo 10 puntos. La relación precio calidad, es correcta. Recomiendo este lugar. Aparte tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de todo!"

"The stay itself was good, but I was disappointed with the customer service at the front desk. The staff often seemed annoyed whenever I purchased something and chose to pay for it instead of charging it to my room. That should be a guest's choice, and I felt like I was being judged for it. Overall, the front desk employees did not come across as welcoming or willing to help, which negatively impacted my experience. I hope customer service can be improved for future guests."

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "

"Check in disaster and consistent failure to meet standards. Arrived late and could not locate room. Numbering system had no logic and our room which resembled a store room from outside poorly lit (broken light) It took us 45 minutes to locate room. All this in a thunder storm. We were fearful we were stranded without a room at midnight. A "night worker" passing was able to use her experience of the area to kindly help. A representative appeared but did not identify himself nor offer help. Room...

"This apartment was in a nice area. Free parking and the pool was wonderful. We didnt use the BBQ but it was there. The staff were always present around the grounds. They had a cute patio set with umbrella. Would definitely go back. My only observation would be if its 4 afts in the one bedroom its awkward to use the bathroom st night as its an ensuite to the bedroom so you need to go through the bedroom. Next time we would book a 2 bedroom if 2 couples."

"Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. Before arrival, Expedia sent a message stating that two vehicles could park one behind the other. When we arrived, that wasn’t possible. The property manager told us they weren’t obligated to disclose there was only one parking space and suggested we pay for public parking. We attempted to cancel, but the owner never responded to Expedia. Later, the cleaning staff contacted the owner, who informed us there was a guest parking space available. We...
