"The staff was nice.The pool was dirty and smelled like dog.They had a washer and dryer but did not have quarters to use them.The breakfast was cold.Will not stay there again"

"The whole hotel and staff are great. But there are few things After they know you as guest there should be no security deposit 2-The room coffee makers are uselss there needs to be coffee available in lobby at 5am waiting till buffet opens is ridiculous"

"Everything was really great. The staff was nice, the location was really great, away from the noisy streets but close enough to easily walk to and from popular destinations. However, the only downside of this hotel is how thin the walls are. We would wake up because tvs were so loud and whenever we would pass by other rooms in the hallway we could hear others inside their rooms (privacy issues). Other than that, this place was great. :)"

"Friendly and helpful staff. Super close to Bourbon Street. Easy walk to many popular sites. Cemetery 1, cafe Dumonte, French Market, Jackson Square, street car ride. The breakfast spot near the lobby has great food. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room we checked in had broken a/c. They switched to another one with leaking bath tub faucet. Breakfast was nice! Staff were friendly and helpful. The building needs major improvement for sure. Location is great! I hope to comeback to see much improvement."
