"We love the spacious and new, modern room with full amenities including mulberry tea and nespresso coffee machine in the room. We enjoy the hotel onsen with full amenities and lounge with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommended. Early check-in was given to us as well. Special mention to Manager Takana who helped me file police lost and found online in Japanese. Thank you and kudos to all the staff in this hotel. "

"朝食ビュッフェは美味しかった。海鮮もあった。地元の焼物食器で食べたり飲んだり出来た。朝7時は混雑していた。食事の補給や、食べ方など女性店員さんが教えてくれてとても親切で良かった。チェックインはスムーズに出来た。ホテルのパーキングはToyotaシエンタは背が高すぎて入らないからと言われて道の向こう側の外のパーキングへ誘導された。同じ費用。部屋は必要なものは全部あった。エレベーター少し大きめ。3つベッドの部屋に泊まって大人三人良かった。ウォッシュレットは温度が少し熱い。"
