"BED BUGS BEWARE! This property has bed bugs. When we found that we were bit the staff casually came in with an insect killer spray and was not surprised. Had to leave the property in the middle of the night and figure out how to disinfect late into the night. This place is not worth the risk!"

"A bit of mold in the showers and high humidity in the sleeping area. They certainly need to invest in some dehumidifiers. There was condensation on the wall next to my bed in the morning. Outside of that, it was nice"

"The staff helped us find our lost wallet nearby by coming with us to the nearby areas when they didn't have to. And they also provided us with a cheaper option to send or luggage when they didn't have to. Overall they went above and beyond to help us."

"Friendly staff, good space, clean and lovely. Curtains could be better with the light placement."

"the place was horrible. there is no staff to speak of. the location is horrible. If the place burnt to the ground it would be doing Tokyo a favor"
