This was our first stay in Japan - the reception desk was on the third floor and not brilliantly signed. We had arrived in early in the morning, and so were unable to check in to our room although we could leave our bags. The hotel has no seating area so we had no choice but to go out and explore. ...

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
We booked this hotel at the last minute, after missing our connecting flight to Osaka, and overall we could not have been more impressed with it, our room was spotless, the staff were extremely welcoming, and the breakfast was out of this world, I fully intend to stay here again on any future trip ...
