"Very spacious for 3 people. Has everything that you need. There was a small problem with the water heater due to cold weather, but staff was quick to help us with the problem."

"This property is alright, if you are on a short stay.
If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all.
Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...

"I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. "チェックインの時に日差しが強くてQRコードが読めなくて暑い時だ ったので汗だくでかなり苦戦しました。
扉にカーテンでもつけて頂けたら全然違うと思います。
後全てが英語表記だったのでそれも大変でしたが、そのほかは立地もとてもよく快適に過ごせました！！
また利用したいと思います！"

"Avoid this property at all costs! It was a nightmare, owner couldn’t be contacted for hours (tried to call him and no one picked up the phone) and only after we got a hold of him, he informed us that the place was double booked. We were travelling with 2 young kids and waited nearly 2 hours in front of this property. It was 9 pm and we had to scramble to find a place to stay. The owner offered another location which was in Shinjuku, which is on the opposite of the city. This was a terrible...
