"The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure. We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. If it were a group of adults staying, it would be great. Hirai felt safe and easy for trains.7/11 and Lawson close by to accomodation. No lift which would be hard if...

"Needs to specify the picture in the advertisement because the stairs is not for older person. Too stiff and not wide. Stairs on the sleeping area is not secured due to missing railling. Overall the apartment is clean and complete amenities. "
