"The staff was amazing!!! We had to book with them as a last minute emergency due to a horrible stay at our initial hotel. We literally had to check out of the previous hotel at midnight and had no where to go. Luckily I was able to book a room with them for the next day till the end of our trip but had nowhere to stay for that night. The staff helped us find a close hotel for that night and held our luggage till we returned to check in. The rest of our trip was great because of the Shinjuku...
