"The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"The 1st room had a used syringe with blood what's on the stove. So I asked for a different room. The corner of the dresser had fallen off in this room. There was no pillows. I asked the housekeeper that was in the hallway for pillows and he replied somebody must have taken them off the bed so you have to go downstairs and ask for some. And when I went downstairs to ask for some the guy at the desk who had just slept out of there checking and room said there was three pillows just on the bed....

"Stayed there for the Glass City Marathon. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the university start & finish line. Brought own food for dinner and breakfast- fridge and microwave came in very handy for this. Bathroom was not renovated but it served the purpose. Double beds were comfortable. Only problem I had was the strong smell of the room sanitizer or deodorizer. It decreased with over the 1 night stay. Staff was great and accommodating for a late checkout which we appreciated very...
