The property is average but run-down. Not that it isn't someplace I wouldn't stay again, this is the 2nd time ive stayed here, so it cant be all that bad! The highlight of the stay was staff interactions with me. Very polite!

It was a place to sleep. The room wasn't in the best of conditions but the bed and pillows were very comfortable and we just needed a place to sleep for the night.

Price was excellent. Staff very friendly. Had door card access problems (2 times). Elevator had serious shaking problem. Sidewalks were worn (very rough). Shower drained very slowly. This was second stay over last year. Would stay again for short periods. 3-4 days.

The check in was easy and impeccable, the rooms are very old and need a makeover in the worst way possible. The conditions of the room are deplorable. This red roof location on Secor is something from the eighties. Great location but the amenities are nothing short of atrocious and complete travesty.

The place looks nothing like pictures. It run down and the rooms smell. We did even stay. When they showed us the rooms they were gross old and musty. We asked for our money back they refused. This place is not clean or safe. Not family friendly at all.
