O hotel é antigo, mas é tudo limpo e razoavelmente confortável. Há algumas informações desencontradas entre o site e as regras do hotel, como o horário de check-out, mas nada que não possa ser resolvido. A crítica fica só quanto ao horário do café da manhã, em especial nos finais de semana. Começa às 6h e vai até 9h, poderia ir até 10h, pelo menos.

Primeiro que reservei o hotel Rosas e me colocaram num complexo atrás do hotel chamado imperial. As acomodações não eram iguais as da foto (até pq não era o hotel que eu tinha reservado), cama bem desconfortável, não era limpo, sem ar condicionado (sendo que aluguel um quarto com). Não recomendo!

O Hotel não me colocou no quarto contratado era um quarto muito inferior, nao tinha ar condicionado, as camas muito ruins a tv de tubo era muito antiga e quebrada. A unica coisa boa no hotel foi o cafe da manhã muito bom.

Pelo preço valeria a pena pegar um outro melhor na cidade. A toalha de banho estava vom cheiro de defumada e com algumas manchas. Banheiro com chuveiro elétrico e sem nada no frigobar.
