"Very cozy hotel in old town area. Great staff."

"Beautiful place and stuff was great too. Balconys were beautiful overlookong the town"

"Hotel bien ubicado.

"The pool was dirty and cool"

"Perfect location and great service to enjoy Toledo"

"We were concerned about parking for a rental car as they could not confirm that we would have a spot. I understand there are options nearby but it turned out with our arrival around 4 pm that there was a spot available . Very tight to fit into one of two sites available - but it did. There are only about 10 slots under the hotel. Location is very nice in a quiet section of town. .About a 15 minute walk to the area with open shops and restaurants in the evening. "Met my expectations"

Upon arrival, we spent more than 30 minutes outside trying to gain access because we had not received the necessary entry code and there was no one at reception. When we finally managed to contact the hotel, we were directed to a specific room. Following those instructions, we tried to enter, only...

"Conveniently located close to the Alcazar, the cathedral, and shopping. This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly."
