"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. "1990's decor in the room,up dated bathroom, huge wardrobes. No luggage racks,except for a small cut out. Once again we had to improvise. Bed's comfortable. Parking off road awesome, breakfast ok,staff were a little tired and weren't helpful as they tried to close well before 11oclock. Obviously not happy with people on holiday when they weren't. Front counter staff helpful and very accommodating. Casino was clean and fun."

"Flawless experience from start to finish. Staff are amazing and super accomodating to any requests. The view is to die for if you have a lake-side room! Didn’t manage to use the pool or sauna, but I am sure they are amazing. This place perfectly executes all the little bits that make a stay memorable, especially little things like the accessories kit you get with thread and needles and buttons and face pads and the likes, little things like that make me recommend this place so highly. I also appreciated the healthy minibar that came with my room! If I am ever back in Bled, I will go there without a seconds’ hesitation and recommend others do too"
