Hotel is well located and is clean. However we missed some of the amenities that we had enjoyed in other City Express hotel. For example an ironing board and iron, expending machines that sell water bottles, tissues in the bathroom, etc.

Me hospedé en City Express Junior by Marriott y en general fue una buena experiencia si no buscas mucho lujo. Es un hotel sencillo pero cumplidor: las habitaciones estaban limpias, todo funcional y el ambiente tranquilo. Algo que se agradece es que incluye desayuno gratis, lo cual lo hace más conveniente si vas de paso o por trabajo. No es nada espectacular, pero cumple bien para empezar el día. En resumen, es una buena opción si quieres algo económico, limpio y práctico. Ideal para estancias cortas o si solo necesitas un lugar cómodo para dormir.

En la almohada me salió una araña, llamé a recepción, me cambiaron de habitación. En la madrugada me abrieron la puerta, porque le dieron mi habitación a otros huéspedes, ya que no había quedado registrado el cambio de habitación en la computadora. Después me tocó igual de madrugada, el auditor del hotel para pedirme disculpas por lo ocurrido. En verdad solo era una noche después de un largo viaje y solo quería descansar, pero no lo logré. Es lamentable que brinden ese servicio. En lugar de disculpas me hubieran reembolsado lo que pagué por la noche terrorífica, pero bueno, eso no sucedió.
