"Excellent hotel and local to buses/airport. My daughters absolutely loved the pool — they were more excited about spending time at the hotel than sightseeing around Italy! The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a proper break. The complimentary croissants were also incredible — easily a 10/10. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a comfortable stay."

"As I write this we are actually travelling to the H10 in Rome. We absolutely loved the location of the H10 in Venice. Perfect for a water taxi drop off after a long flight. The service and state of the hotel is top notch. It was very easy to walk around Venice due to the central location close to the Rialto bridge. We would definitely come back to the hotel for another trip!"

"Booked a triple room for three people. It was so small we could hardly move around the beds. Only two had room to open our suitcases. The third had to put his on the bed to open it when he needed something out of it. Otherwise he kept it between the bed and the window."

Very clean and staff takes pride in keeping clean the beautiful property that surrounds the hotel. "The property is just a short walk to St Mark’s square. Perfect room for a solo traveler. Mine had a small step on balcony where I could watch the gondoliers navigate the narrow canal below and hear plentiful church bells as the tourists watched from a small bridge. Not all rooms have it so inquire first. The breakfast you can purchase is plentiful. The bar next door is accessible from the lobby. The water bus stop is a few steps away. "Sehr gute Lage um alle Attraktionen wie Murano, Burano und die Hauptplätze Venedigs zu erreichen. Weg vom Trubel des Markusplatzes. Das Hotel hat schöne, großzügige Zimmer und einen eigenen Anlegeplatz. Beim Frühstück schaut man auf den Grand Canal und die vorbeifahrenden Boote. Zudem ist man sofort in einer gemütlichen Einkaufsstraße mit lokalen Geschäften sodass man tagsüber und abends bummeln gehen kann. Werde das Hotel immer wieder buchen."
