This is a classic old style property right off the main tourist street of Tombstone. The room was large, very comfortable and quiet. It fully met or exceeded our expectations. We would stay again and were very happy with our choice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Katie's Cozy Suites. It was very convenient for walking to all the historic sections of town, and we loved the access to the garden with the 100-year-old tree in the back! The amenities were good, just could have used a few more towels/washcloths in the bathroom and hand towels in the kitchen. The air/heat was a bit challenging at first but after we were able to communicate with the proprietor, we worked it out. If we ever back to Tombstone again we will definitely look up Katie's Suites.

All was great except Bed sheets and covers did not smell clean.. Coffee cups and coffee pot dirty.

Very spacious suite. Beautiful rose tree and patio. Right in town, so it was an incredible experience to walk out of your door. . The only problem is the reserved parking for our suite was taken, so we had to park a block away.

Everything was nice..only thing was there was a rat or some kind of animal on the ceiling that made noise all night..the coffee cup where dirty..you could see the lips of the other people on them..other them that it was good thank you..

I love this cute, cozy, and very clean suite. Check in was so simple, parking was easy, backyard space is stunning. Mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker were a huge bonus. I can’t wait to come back here someday.

Totally coming back

I'm usually not big on the type of hotel I stay in so long it's clean. But since this was my first solo trip, I thought I'd pay a little more and treat myself. It was so worth it. I was received a text early the morning of my check in advising my suite number and code to get my key. I texted back asking if early check in was available and they kindly responded advising me it was. The first thing I noticed walking in was how big the room was. There's a back door that leads to the garden out back. They have benches and chairs where you can sit. I was a little bummed that I didn't utilize this amenity in the morning as they provided a coffee maker and coffee in the room. They also provided a mini fridge and microwave. It was warm for being November so the AC was on and it felt great after being outside for a while. The room was so spacious as well as the bathroom and vanity area. I really liked the soap provided. It didn't dry out my skin. Only 2 complaints: the bedding had strands of hair I keeps finding. (Not mine) and 2- someone was parked in my spot. After texting (which they respond promptly) they advised there is nothing they can do about it since the city does not allow them to tow. They did offer other suggestions and I didn't find something a little closer. 1 suggestion- since it's located on the main street they do have frosted glass for the door however, it wouldn't hurt to have a curtain that fits the door for a little more 'privacy'. I would recommend staying here.

The only problem we had was that thre was no coffee or condiments. But we just bought some coffee and filters and condiments and left them there. Hope you enjoy!

Excellent Location! Great place

Adorable! Excellent location in the town of Tombstone. Trolly was right out the front door. O.k Corral and cafe was a 3 minute walk. Popular food and saloon was 2 doors down. Museum and historic courthouse 1 block away. Patio out the back door of the room was secluded beautiful and quiet with the worlds largest rose tree to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. Would definitely recommend this place!

A lovely surprise!

The location is right in the middle of town and a perfect respite from enjoying all that Tombstone has to offer. The private courtyard is shrouded by the world’s largest rose tree! Amazing!
