"Hallways outdated and smell damp. Room’s smelt damp too. Unsure if aircon needs flushed? Shower drain may need cleared as the bathroom floor basically floods with water very quickly. Room bins also weren’t emptied, had previous guest luggage tags still there, just places doubt on everything else. Bed was comfy, staff were lovely. "

"Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed.
