"Initially I had a bit of trouble as I arrived after reception closed, and used the wrong entrance. Although it was the address that was listed. Possibly listing both street entrances would help. Fortunately two very helpful staff were around and straightened everything out.
The lack of information may have been my own doing as I received an email from expedia saying the accommodation had sent me a message. However it was too much mucking around to access due to login, account, passwords etc. A direct email would be have been far better and possibly saved some confusion at check in. This did not detract from facility or the enjoyment of our stay."
