"I'll start with the good your staff was genuinely excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. That kind of attitude really sets the tone for a stay, and they deserve to be recognized for it. The room itself was also clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. That said, there were two things that made the stay less comfortable than it could've been. The biggest issue was the AC. No matter what we set the thermostat to, the room stayed warm especially at night. In Texas heat, that's rough. There were a few nights where we woke up sweating, and the only spot that felt cool was standing right in front of the vent. The rest of the room stayed warm and humid the whole time. I did mention it to the front desk during our stay, and they were great about listening. I just couldn't tell if anyone actually looked at the unit, because the temperature never really changed. The other thing was the bathroom lighting it was pretty dim, which made it hard to get ready in the mornings. I wanted to bring these up because outside of those two things, the hotel was great. Fix the cooling and brighten up the bathrooms and I think you'd have very little to complain about. I appreciate the hospitality and hope this is useful feedback."

"Great stay! The staff is great and the facilities are very clean. It's so good that we stay here every time we visit our parents, and that is practically every month. Don't be put off by the construction around the area. The hotel is very safe. We tried other hotels in the area and many were just too dirty and not well kept for us. We love this hotel. Big rooms. Has a pool and gym. And we absolutely love their breakfast!!! Other hotels in the area have horrible breakfast options. This place has a well-stocked breakfast with plenty for everyone and it's fresh. The location is convenient to get to Richardson or Dallas via Greenville, 635, and 75. And they have very reasonable rates."

"Here’s a professional and balanced rewrite of your review: Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as expected. There was some dirt in the corners of the floor, and the bathroom mirror had noticeable splatter marks that appeared to have been left from previous guests. Additionally, the pull-out sofa bed had a visible stain, which made my son uncomfortable using it. At check-in, the front desk staff accidentally assigned us a room that was already occupied. We discovered this upon entering the room and finding a teal-colored backpack on the sofa. We were preparing to report it to the front desk when the staff member came to inform us of the mistake and moved us to the room next door. While the issue was corrected, there was little follow-up to ensure we had everything we needed, and the staff member seemed somewhat distracted. On a positive note, the bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, which helped make our stay more enjoyable."

"Upon arrival a nice girl helped checked me in but there was an older man who was helping another customer who was extremely rude to the customer as well as the girl that it turned me off and made me question where was I staying. It was disappointing to witness. It did not help that the AC in the lobby was broken? It was extremely hot. Thank god the hallways and hotel rooms were freezing! I felt like the rest of the employees were all on their phones and annoyed to be working but the place was clean, the hotel was clean (besides the dirty looking pool) and the breakfast was really good for a quick stay I recommend."

"Really need to add dark roast coffee to their offering like ALL other Hampton Inns. This hotel needs to be updated. It’s showing age. Only one working elevator the 4 days we were there. The location is prime and the hotel should reflect the neighborhood."
