"This was my 2nd stay at the property & the staff & other guest were pure greatness. I made a few friends on my floor & found out I was named the “The Green Tea Shot Guy”. With the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade being roughly a block over the hwy perfect location to stay for the festivities. There’s also easy access to the hwy which made a smooth way to get to downtown Dallas or other fun places along the hwy. "

"Both elevators were broken. A large breed dog barked all night long. The entrance gate, of the gated secure parking lot, was open (broken)."

"I couldn’t get towels or blankets for day & there were other guests with the same issue. The breakfast buffet ran out of plates & food both days & staff that were working wasn’t trying to help or accommodate me. Guest were up on the 4th floor arguing & fighting at 3/4 am & nothin happened "

"This place was disgusting! I was greeted by a smooshed cockroach in front of the front desk 5 seconds in to my stay. The elevator was not working and was not told by the front desk person even after explaining that the elevator will take me down to the first floor but must use the stairs to come back up. The place smelled gross and everything seemed dirty and stains were everywhere- the door, the carpet, etc. "
