"We were very happy with our stay. Parking was excellent, security was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. Cleanliness was good except for the tiny trash cans in the room, when you're not taking the trash from the rooms every day."

"The main elevator was out of order. We were on the 4th floor & wanted to do laundry on 1st floor (2nd is the main level). The elevator went down to laundry, but you had to take stairs back up. Only 1 washcloth in the room. No TV remote. Highway noise all night long. Breakfast was luke warm at best. Would not recommend this property. Staff was courteous but not enough to make up for the poor condition of the facility."

"There was a tree to park the rental car under. The property is run down, a lot of low income people living there. Always looking around suspiciously, working on cars. The room was clean but shower did work, the soap was so old it wouldn’t lather at all. No coffee or utensils glasses or anything in the room. The breakfast was a stale muffin an old breakfast bar. Definitely would not recommend."

"Absolutely worst experience. Prepaid for my room via Expedia. This hotel gave away my reserved room and charged me anyway. Had to stay somewhere else. Stay away! Front desk unhelpful and Hotel Manager not responsive and never called me back to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service."

"Pretty rough stay overall. Parking garage is rough and gross. Elevator had broken tiles on the floor. Roof was leaking when we got to lobby. One of our rooms has ants and non-functional AC. Workout room only had one functional treadmill. Hot tub had been filled in with cement and no longer exists. Chlorine smell is pretty overwhelming even outside the pool area. Staff did a decent job of trying to help rectify the room situation but not a hotel we'd come back to."
