"Right across from union station and their full on meals during dinner"

"We had an excellent 3 night stay. Staff was great…they accommodated us when we asked to extend our stay by 1 night. Lots of information about St. Louis was available. The fridge, microwave and dishes on the top floor made it easy to enjoy our leftovers from Vito’s. It did get cold one night and there was no thermostat in our room, so extra blankets would have been appreciated. "

"My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience"

"We liked the Breakfast/Coffee Shop and it was popular with the crowd. Limited, but equitable, Happy Hour menu at the Bar, includes a Burger and/or Beer/Drink option(s). Gym had high end equipment, the Pool, Sauna/Steam and Hot Tub were all really well maintained and equipped. The Museum was a great experience with some really cool pieces. Add a Billiard and shuffleboard table and Amenities get an A++. The rooms were spacious, water pressure was above average compared to most Hotels, "

"Room with Queen bed was very basic and not worth $500 one night stay. Table in room was dusty and no microwave provided in room. bed was extremely comfortable though."

"We were traveling with our daughter and grandchild and spent four nights at the hotel on a sight-seeing vacation. We loved the inviting Bistro. The food, staff and physical set up were excellent. We also liked the comfortable ambience of the hotel in general. The location was great, easy access to sites both urban and suburban. We'd like to come back!"

"Room smelled of cigarettes, had to leave and book another property, check in and location was awful and hard to find. Property is nothing like it is described in booking. Bed was comfortable for the one night I stayed"

During our stay, items were taken from our room by the cleaning person, and it was clear that she also had gone through our personal belongings. This is not just unacceptable—it’s a serious violation of trust and basic safety. When we reported it, the manager, Sheila, initially appeared sympathetic and assured us she would make it right, including refunding one night to compensate for the situation and the missing...

"The hotel room was a little dirty, the couch and chairs had crusty, dried food on them. The area in the front of the elevators had a spilled bag of chips for the duration of our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful with parking. No big trashcan in the kitchen was odd, bathroom trash cans filled up very quickly."

"My husband & I were very impressed with the hostess Ms. Henrietta Taylor she made us feel at home with her hospitality. She keeps the establishment immaculate, and served a scrumptious homemade breakfast! I highly recommend this bed & breakfast in the Central West End of St. Louis, Missouri to all family & friends! 2 Thumbs Up 👍👍!"
