"The room was more like a studio apartment, which was one of the few positives.It was clean with basic essentials. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, especially regarding the €90 deposit. At check-in, I was told the deposit had to be paid by credit card only. "Great location for family travel in Paris 7th Arrondissement. Safe area, safe apartment (personal QR code to enter main door and apartment). Very close to Rue Cler, 15 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. I love the decor and interior. Decent kitchen appliances and washing machine. Would definitely stay here again. The only downside is no Front Office staff, but they give you a Contact number. "

"The room was very basic. It was okay for our needs. Location was good for Metro access, but not the best neighbourhood. Communication with the front desk staff was poor. No information was offered at check-in. We had to ask for WiFi info, map of the area, cleaning schedule, etc. The hotel contacted me for a review and when I expressed my concerns, they replied saying it was too bad I didn’t feel comfortable with speaking to the staff about my concerns - no ownership on their end."
