Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
The AC wasn’t working properly and no fan was available so we were moved to a slightly cooler room. We were made aware that the 13th of April was the first day of the season , to connect the AC. The staff were the absolute friendliest, professional and made our Toronto visit so enjoyable!

Holiday Inn Toronto Downtown Centre by IHG
The first room was adequate but once you notice the details, it seemed the room was unkept - torn blackout blinds and dusty cabinetry. The second room was an updated suite; however, other units on the floor were being renovated and felt as if I was in the renovation zone -not a good feeling for someone ...

One King West Hotel & Residence
Everything was just about perfect! The only thing I wish were more available, was more toilet paper in the bathroom. Stayed for two nights, and had to resort to using Kleenex tissues the second evening and night. Also, the plug in the bathtub unfortunately did not work.
