One King West Hotel & Residence
Excellent stay overall, just the blanket between the sheets acting a duvet was yellow and not an actual duvet but not a deal breaker for a future stay.

Fairmont Royal York
Problem #1 toilet flusher handle didn’t work. I got housekeeping to fix it quickly. #2 there appeared to be no phone charger in the room. I asked at reception and they couldn’t tell me exactly where it was so I continued scouring the room till I found it on the bedside table clock. Who knew!
