"Fantastic staff! Very friendly and helpful, loved that we were able to txt the front desk and they answered quickly. Even gave us a complementary late check out till 12pm. Clean updated rooms. Wish we we had more time to use the amenities"

"Room was nice upgrade to suite. Elevators were the only issues and the halls could use new carpet. Room was clean and staff helpful."

"Not a great experience which I fedback but the staff member was uninterested. First room - main lights did not work. Quick change to an alternative room which was great but the second room had something wrong with the fan so it made the bathroom smell awfully of cigarette smoke. I didn't realise until I used the bathroom in the middle of the night so I reported the issue in the morning expecting the reception staff to take details to send maintenance but he was very uninterested and just told me to ensure I asked not to be in that room when I come back after a few days. I'm due to stay there again - hopefully a better experience the second time. Special mention for the concierge service though who were amazing both on the night of check-in and the morning of checkout - could not fault them and their help."

"Clean room , comfortable bed and all the basic amenities are available. A complimentary breakfast is an icing on the cake . Will book again . "

"I arrived late check in was ok , I went to bed tried to use the restroom in the middle of the night it wouldn’t flush and was no hot hot water to wash my hands. Got up around 6am to shower still no hot water. Went down to the front desk the clerk had such a bad attitude, “why didn’t you make a report when you checked in, no other guests complained about not having hot water”. Absolutely nothing done, went out return asked if it can be checked, waited one hour no one came. Went out again, upon arriving back was stopped by front desk clerk “we weren’t able to check because the do not disturb sign was on”, told them I was heading to my room. Ten minutes later the maintenance man came no tool or anything went into the bottom flush the toilet and turned on the water said “toilet flushing and there’s hot water. Which means he was already there while I was out and fixed it while I was out and my do not disturb sign was on. Which means be extremely careful here they enter your room when you are out regardless of you putting you do not disturb on. Horrible service and bad attitude."
