We will definitely stay at Nester Finn in the future, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience that was perfect for our trip. The room had a ton of space, a full kitchen, and even a washer and dryer - all came in handy during our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful and they did a great job of making us feel at home!

Underground parking made our trip covenient know our car was safe. Public transportation was used throughout our trip and the staff was very helpful while we navigated. The whole facility was great and extremely clean. Washer, dryer and kitchen we a much with little kids. Our kids enjoyed the pool although it was in the apartment building next door and took a little extra navigating to find it. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

It was a great location and the suite was like a little condo! Old Toronto neighborhood with a modern feel. You could see the CN tower from the oustounding large balcony(same size as the entire suite)! The balcony had enough room for a lovely dinner with games or entertaining. Also - the room was quite even though we were next to the elevator.

The rooms were absolutely spotless and very well stocked, with toiletries, decent stuff for eating/cooking, and having laundry was amazing. The best part was for sure the staff, they were super helpful, responsive, always smiling and friendly. They were so kind to my kids every time we came and went. The building is still under construction, so there were disruptions with alarm testing and a bit noisy with drilling during the day, but this is expected with a very new listing. Would definitely come back in the future knowing that inconvenience is only temporary.

We had an excellent stay — clean room, easy parking, and very helpful staff. We especially appreciated having the kitchen and separate TV/living space during our stay. We stayed in the Superior Apartment, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa Bed, Balcony. The only negative was that the room felt a bit tighter/more cramped than we expected, which wasn’t really apparent from the photos. I think part of it was the layout — the couch was positioned very close to the balcony steps, and there was also a somewhat unusual glass door between the TV area and bedroom that didn’t open, which made the space feel a little awkward.

Honestly, I cannot praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the room itself was spotless with incredible views. It genuinely felt like I was the very first person to stay in the room, everything was so clean, fresh, and perfectly maintained. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Every single person at the front desk was so kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. I especially remember Tenaya/Teyana, who was absolutely amazing, but I honestly wish I had asked for everyone’s names because they all deserved to be recognised for how wonderful they were. They truly made the whole experience feel special. This was easily one of the best stays I have had, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would happily stay here again!

I recently stayed at the Nestor Queen West in Toronto and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Tenaiya at the front desk made the stay exceptional. My room wasn’t ready yet, so she offered luggage storage and gave great recommendations for nearby food and shopping. When I returned later that evening, she was just as warm and helpful during check-in. She remembered my name and why I was visiting, which made the experience feel genuinely personal. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. From the outside it’s very understated, but inside the lobby is chic, modern, and beautifully designed. One standout feature was the room access system. Instead of key cards, guests use a secure PIN code for both the elevator and room. The hotel emails the room number and code in advance, making the process seamless and stress-free. The room included thoughtful touches like a handwritten note, canned water, and a delicious local cookie. It was spotless, spacious, and minimalist in a way that felt stylish rather than sparse — even better than the photos online. The amenities were clean and convenient, the neighborhood was perfect for food and shopping, and transit access made getting around Toronto easy. Checkout was quick, and the staff consistently showed genuine care for the guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Toronto.

First of all, the staff who worked at the front desk on May 21-May 25, 2026, was terrific! I have not experienced such a great customer service in a while. We stayed in 1-bedroom apartment. Apartment/hotel suite was spacious and had everything basic (dishes, tea kettle, glasses, frying pan, plates, utensils, etc) you need for a comfortable stay! Brand new full size washer and dryer with the laundry detergent provided in the unit was a very useful amenity to have. There was a separate bedroom with the door and the closet, and a living room with sleeping sofa. The wall separating the bedroom from the living room was made out of glass. We found the mattress and sleeping sofa comfortable; bed sheets, towels smelled fresh but without overwhelming fragrance scent which we appreciated. My son used the gym, which is located in the adjacent building, and loved it (he said the view to the city skyline from the window was enjoyable at night). Although the building is not in downtown itself, easy access to the public transportation (about 7-10 min walk to the first metrorail stop) helped us to get around the city without any issues or delays. Full size Grocery store is 10-12 min walk from the building. One recommendation we would make - for the hotel to put a larger sign for all visitors to be able to identify the building quicker. If we go to Toronto, we will stay at this place without any second thoughts! Value for the money we paid per night, to us, was unbeatable.
