Most importantly the free parking, omg we saved $50 a night lol. We had the most amazing view this was the best place I’ve sleeve stayed in downtown Super clean and the kitchen has everything we saved a lot cuz we got to cook whatever we want n throw dishes in the dishwasher

I really liked this place. Our room had a most beautiful view, lake view. Everything was walkable to us. We were there for an event and had to check in early and we were allowed to check in early. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and save money Also staff and management were very nice and helpful. Definitely Recommending this place for staying downtown Toronto

Owners were very accommodating and gave clear instructions. I wasn’t sure about the extra information and giving an emt for a damage deposit but what the place had to offer was better than having to do that. Very respectful workers or owners

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

We booked this, paid, and were then pinged by text that we could not check-in after 7pm Eastern Time. We booked this from an airport in Los Angeles at 6pm Eastern Time - we would be arriving after midnight into Toronto. We immediately asked for a cancelation, by text. The response via text was that they were proceeding with the cancelation. It has been over a week. I followed-up a few days later to that same text phone number - same thread - to (347) 566-5180. I have not heard back in the past 5 days and we are still missing our US$261 refund.

This is the worst experience that I have ever had, extremely poor communication sent incomplete information by email, then when unable to check in found out that there was other information sent on WhatsApp that was missed, long story short we ended up staying at another hotel as we were unable to access our room due to links that wouldn’t work or communication that was missed due to the owner sending important information on another medium unbeknownst to us, and when we did try to contact them messages were not replied to promptly. This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is not, the crucial information was a request for a $600 bond to be paid up front before access would be granted, this request was not declared any where in the booking process or the confirmation of booking, this request was also made despite having my passport and credit card information. I would no recommend this property no matter what the rate
