"Great Hotel very clean "

"I have stayed at the Chelsea Hotel previously. I returned to it based on the quality of my previous stay. The great things about the hotel are: the staff, the cleaning staff, the location and the rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. When I travel I like to wander. The Chelsea is in a great location if you are visiting downtown Toronto. Many attractions are in easy walking distance and the rest is accessible by transit. The staff at the hotel are always friendly and polite. A huge shout out to my cleaning lady (for room 469) she was really nice, lovely to talk to and did an super amazing job of keeping my room clean and maintained while I was there. The beds are comfortable. Even though our room overlooked Yonge there was never an issue with noise. This hotel is fantastic and checks many boxes. My only regret is the adult pool was closed during our visit and we had to use the family one (nice but crowded) instead. "

"I was guiding the planes in before landing and take-off!!!!! YOU are basically sleeping in the runway!!! SUPER LOUD plane engines while taking off and landing….I could not sleep since I was working the “midnight shift at airport traffic control…”"

"I booked my trip to the Philippines, made the trip with my disabled sister many 90% of oir luggage are diapers and medical supplies, always took 4 checked bags, never a problem, never a baggage fee. When a arriveed for my trip to the Philippines imagine my surprise, when they informed me i had to pay 200$ i had not anticipated paying. Then i booked my hotel i never stayed at because they told me I would have to pay fpr an additional night. Because my flight came in at 7 am and left that evening only 14 hours and i would have to book a room for 2 nights. Unless Expedia makes things right i will NEVER USE IT AGAIN, AND WILL TELL OTHERS TO ISE A DIFFERENT APP IN BOOKING ANY TRAVEL ANDBOR TRIPS"
