Schöne Wohnung direkt an der Waterfront von Toronto. Die Anbindung zur Innenstadt war mit der Streetcar super. Die Unterkunft hatte alle Möglichkeiten wie Waschmaschine, Trockner, Herd, Mikrowelle etc. für entapannte 3 Tage. Es müsste an der einen oder anderen Stelle kleine Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great for walking around downtown or taking the TTC. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and attractive. Communication was quick and responsive. We enjoyed the balcony as well. We will be back!

The property was not accessible. The person renting the unit is not the owner. I was not able to get into the unit because security wouldn’t allow me to enter. Even after being in contact with the individual who was renting they offered no alternative accommodation and stopped responding to me when I asked for a refund.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly in the unit. You would think paying $400 a night that it would at least be comfortable. We vacated the unit at 1 am in the morning due to the temperature. When I asked for a refund, I was told no, that they couldn't do that. People shoujd be ashamed of themselves for charging that kind of money and then just sloughing it off as though it's not their problem.

I was very disappointed in this booking. The check in process was very tough. I wasn't able to get in touch with someone until after 1.5 hours. I called multiple times and no one ever answered. Also the shower curtain kept falling. ALSO POOL IS NOT AVAILABLE TO GUESTS! Over all very over priced and poor communication.

The property is outdated and need a face lift. The unit I stayed in was pretty clean except for the bathroom, it had hair on the toilet seat and the washer had ant coming out of it. The trash was very small and I had to put a bag in it to get it started. The area is nice and very walkable. The train is nearby and the bus.

I paid for parking and was sent an email that the garage fob was with the apartment key. It was not. Globalstay did not respond to phone calls and I had to wait for an email that gave me the location of the fob. In the meantime, we were out in subzero weather trying to deal with parking. There was a light out, exhaust fan didn’t work, minimal lighting in the bedroom that didn’t work well and dog poop on the balcony. i reported all and they sent a housekeeper who just wanted to argue that the light was working when we checked in. Also, unlike every other place, Globalstay actually processes a charge to your credit card for the security deposit and you have to wait for a refund. The apartment description said that the apartment tv had satellite channels and streaming. There were not any satellite channels and streaming only works if you have an account with one that works in Canada. With the storm coming, I was trying to find news about it.

Liked the view from the balcony. Some imperfections with paint job and the overhead light in the bedroom was out. I did not recieve the parking information beforehand which made checkin more difficult.

There was a distinctive smell in the apartment, there was a fly in the apartment and the AC was not working. These three things affected our stay and our whole experience in a negative way. The sheets and the towels were not white. Because of the challenges we experienced, we were not comfortable with using the towels or going inside the sheets for a good night's sleep. The location and parking were good. But the unit we got was poor. Check in was comparatively stressful as well. Will not be using them for future stays.

Location is great and worked perfectly to see a game at BMO stadium / walk up to restaurants. Interactions around check in and the links sharing information are more difficult than some places but it was ok.

When we arrived to check in at 3pm, the cleaning person was still in the apartment and asked us to leave and come back. During that time we tried to park our car in the garage. First, we were not able to access the parking video provided by the host. Then, we could not get the gates in the garage to go up so we could access the spot. We talked to security at the front desk and they told us we did not have the correct fob for the parking garage. We then went back to the apartment to look for the fob but it was not there. We reached out to Globalstay as well as the apartment owner. Globalstay wasn’t able to provide any assistance, and the owner did not respond to any phone calls or messages. Luckily the security personnel were able to let us into the garage and open the gates to get to our spot. The host never responded in the time that we were staying at the apartment. Definitely would not recommend this to anyone especially if you require parking (which is an additional $20).

This was one of the worst stays I ever had. The smell inside the apartment was horrible!!! I contacted the owner about 30x and they did not answer me. I went back and forth emailing them and they kept telling me they can’t do anything. Also, the check-in process is horrible and it does not answer the questions you have.
