"The space itself was very very nice and tidy, the check-in process, however, was horrible. Communication efforts were very poor- we ended up having to wait in the rain for 2+ hours after the check in time (which was supposed to be 4 pm), due to no answers to both their office phone and cell that was listed+ email communication replies took HOURS in between each email."

"The air conditioning wasn't working properly in the unit. You would think paying $400 a night that it would at least be comfortable. We vacated the unit at 1 am in the morning due to the temperature. When I asked for a refund, I was told no, that they couldn't do that. People shoujd be ashamed of themselves for charging that kind of money and then just sloughing it off as though it's not their problem."

Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information."

"The communication between the people who own this property and rented out and myself was terrible. They waited until the last few days to collect information. I was already on my way to my trip and didn’t wanna take the time to send them photo IDs, etc., etc. when I’m already traveling to that destination it took us at least three hours to get into the unit once we arrived. They did not leave us the fob for the parking area or send us the letter about it. Ask for a refund a partial refund anyway...
