Happy to be on the 4th floor so we could take the stairs because the elevators took forever. Bathrooms needed some upkeep, there was mold around the shower. Smaller than the photos.

I could not have asked for a better location. I was so close to the MTTC that I didnt have to bring my coat to the convention. The view from the 23rd floor was fantastic since we were looking over the CN tower. I was surprised that the second bed was right at the front door which I didn't notice in the photos. The hot tub was closed due to construction and since it was winter the pool was not in service but the gym was available. There should have been more light in the bathroom for girls to put on makeup. It would have been nice if there was another cozy chair in the living room corner but the place was nicely decorated, clean, and close to everything that mattered to us. It was a great stay.

Perfect apartment in a superb location, all amenities in the apartment were just what we needed as a family of 4. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable beds.

The room was great with amazing view of the CN tower, the stuff was really nice. There is only one problem with this apartment - the elevator, the waiting time is around 20 minutes.

Firstly…. Couch that available something was off when one person sit. Makes me worry if we sit there it might tear down. TV doesn’t work. Not a single channel can be turned on. Lastly hotel rules said:” Please Remove shoes at the entrance door. We kindly remind you to ensure that the unit is left just as welcoming as when you first arrived. Any damages or excessive mess may incur an additional cleaning fee, which would be deducted from your deposit.“ The above rules mentioned on email to us make us big questions that we have to clean the room before leaving? Nothing can be used? What if we drink the coffee or tea? How much it gonna cost me. Doesn’t feel comfortable more like I worry that i am going to get charged. I just step out to get timhorton then. Anyway i just sleeping a night too bad that i have to worry to much because of the rules which is this space should be enjoyable nice spot. Also good amenities but i got the message everything need to be returned as when we come. Is that included i have to clean my bed too? What kind of hotel is this? Doesn’t seems right. Makes me think twice to book another stay at this place.

The unit we were given was not what we booked. We contacted the hosting company for a resolution and their first solution was they can cancel the reservation and not charge us the cancellation fee which was very irresponsible suggestion as that was our first night there and the temperature outside was below freezing. They insisted that the unit we were given is the similar to what we booked which was incorrect because the layout, the number of beds and rooms were not the same as the pictures and description. The host company said the unit will not match the pictures since they have many units and I explained that is false advertisement as I booked the unit based on the pictures posted on Expedia. I asked for the price difference between what I booked and what was given to me. After many back and forth, both parties agreed on the price. However, the refund I received was less than what we agreed on due to currency conversion even though both parties agreed that that the refund should be in USD as I was charged in USD. I do not recommend this host company and will not be returning when I visit Toronto next time.
