Absolutely loved the view!! I could go out on the balcony and see the CN Tower all lit up at night. Location, Location, Location. Could walk everywhere and see so much!! I will definitely be back. I was here for work, but now intend to bring the family back for vacation.

大変便利な所にありコスパが高い。ただ対面式のホテルではないので、一時預かりの荷物等がある際は、前もっての連絡が、必要。我々は、チェックイン前の1時に、荷物だけ置いてもらいました、 バスタブの中の滑り止めマットがあるといいかなぁ。

Clean unit. Spacious. Close to downtown for walking distance The key fob pickup was a new thing from me... around the block pick it up and have to drop it off when leaving. I would stay here again for the price and overall experience/stay.

The location of the suite was the best thing regarding this place. The suite was older and mot upgraded at all. The check in procedure was a little more complicated as the keys where in a lock box 2 blocks away. But you were only 6 blocks from Rogers and the tower so the work required was worth it.

Au début nous étions pas certain de réserver cet endroit car ça n'indique pas d'adresse ...mais nous avons été agréablement surpris quand nous avons reçu l'adresse 72 h avant notre arrivé. Nous avons juste traverser la rue et nous étions rendu au Centre Rogers pour notre game des Blue Jays. De notre chambre on voyait la tour du CN et le Rogers Center. Tout se faisait à pied en dedans de 5 minutes : stationnement pas loin avec chargeur pour voiture électrique, une grande variété de restaurant, juste sur le coin il y avait un Boston Pizza, pas loin une pharmacie, bref tout était parfait pour l'emplacement !! Pour l'hébergement c'était aussi parfait, il était full équipé dans la cuisine, frigo, micro onde, four, ustensil, assiette, nous avions tout pour satisfaire nos besoins. L'endroit était très propre et les lits confortables. Si nous retournons à Toronto ça sera notre place #1 à retourner !! Ce fut une très belle escapade de deux nuits. Et que dire de la vue le soir wow !!

The unit was in severe need of some attention. Room was not overly clean, no shoes on inside but socks were black after 30mins inside. 4 fridges in the living room took up a lot of space (one broken plus 3 others). Broken window on the 20th floor, note on it not to use with two big cracks in the glass. Outlet in the bathroom covered with tape. Dishwasher noted as broken. Beds were nice but bed frames were gross with dirt and stains. No parking available in the building and was told by host that there was parking 20min drive away. Only good thing is it is close to most things downtown.

At time of entry, we were informed by the “hotel” they did not have our reservation (after taking a $250 security deposit, they already had our prepaid hotel reservation). After several correspondence with Expedia - we did NOT receive a refund ( hotel) or our security deposit back saying they have sided with the hotel property who advised us they did not have a reservation, that we were probably checked into Rivet property (which I have never heard of). Where do I even start with this reservation? First of all, it’s called Toronto hotels, and suites when in fact, it is not a hotel, but in fact, a condo from trying to retrieve your keys from the condo itself with no unattended parking space is available no concierge to help you even if you needed help. Running up to the 31st floor, grabbing the keys, running all the way back down to get my car an hour, trying to find parking space that I had paid for which when we arrived was already occupied. They were not answering their phone calls nor were they answering emails or text messages from the numerous numbers that were given Even the concierge was trying to help us as it was 1230 at night and we had already been there for two hours and nobody was helping us find anywhere to park our vehicle We drove 10 hours to sit in the parking lot for two hours trying to figure out how we’re gonna park our car when we paid for a parking that wasn’t available even the concierge. She was not allowed to help us because it’s a condo unit and not a hotel was trying to call the condo owners with no response. It was a complete nightmare, including as you can see from all the pictures that will be posted. It was unclean. The light in the shower did not work. There was dust on the light fixtures and a very complicated key service to get to the condo. This was a reservation from hell when we were checking in they asked for a $500 hold on a credit card or a $50 nonrefundable deposit For $425
