A small condo with all the amenities necessary. It was clean but the towels and washcloths had grey spots on them which made them seem dirty. There are not enough hooks or shelves in the bathroom to put our things on. The balcony was nice but very dirty due to bird droppings; it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Approximately a 10-minute walk from the Eaton Centre.

It would have been nice to have a card or something inside the condo with the Wifi password. Spent 3 nights with no wifi. Tried calling the booking agent and got no response. The unit was mostly clean. The bedding and towels were clean but everything else only had a wipe down. The flooring was falling apart and it looked like they had started to paint but that was it. Other than that the location was good. Easy to walk everywhere with no issues.

We stayed there for one night. The AC didn’t work during the stay. I called the support staff and they said they will send someone in the morning not during the night because there was nobody to help with that problem and the window was broken and it was 36° outside without air conditioning and we were boiling in the apartment on top of that i left my phone charger there and when i called to inquire about it they told me cleaning staff didn’t find it.
