The apartment was really comfortable, clean and in such a convenient location. It had everything we needed. Check-in and out was very smooth and easy. We like trains, so the view was so cool! The only thing that may bother others would be the construction noise that went on most of the night, but it didn't really bug us.

The AI agent was terrible. I got several DOZEN emails after my queries, over the course of three days. The check in links were not coming through, and when they did they didn’t work on my phone . Until the last minute and a long day of travel I did not know if we would be able to get in. It was a Horrible and needless hassle. Get rid of the AI - it is not working. I would not book here again because of it. The staff I ended up calling for help were very nice. The rental itself was great, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Onsite security guards were friendly and helpful.
